(Tamara’s class) was excellent. Your cadence and voice are so very special. Your word choices are direct, comprehensible and otherwise perfect. How do you do that? I loved how you used the chair as a way to “get into a pose”. The multiple variations that you offered were eye opening to me. I appreciated the warm-up sitting on the chair and especially enjoyed the standing poses with the assistance of using the back of the chair for greater stability. I am looking forward to studying more adaptive yoga with you!

Some of the teachings Tamara offered were really life changing for me and I already see a meaningful change in my practice. I am learning to dial back some of the intensity of the postures and not overstretch to focus on the subtle movements instead. It has been mentally challenging to change my thinking after years of practicing a certain way, but it has really given me a new perspective and it has been such a valuable exercise.
